Given the current court makeup, I think there’s no chance they rule for Biden on the merits. The best hope is that the 3 liberals and Comey Barrett get one more sign on to the lack of standing argument, which is very strong.
I think the only party with standing could be a GOP House, so make them own the political ramifications of suing.
